The study on the physiological response of the cold tolerance ability of carp is the major part of this report. We have focused on the key molecule of energy regulatory enzyme, the creatine kinase and stearoyl-CoA desaturase. We have cloned the SCD-EGFP Vector to expression SCD at low temperature. We use microinjection to the fertilized eggs of zebrafish and get the model system with the vector. The swimming record system were established to detect the swimming ability, resulted the increasement at mobility in scd transgene Zebrafish. |
