1. 「沿岸漁船用超小型海水製冰系統之研究 (2)」:
Taiwan is bordered by the sea on four sides, so fishery is a very important business. In order to keep fish fresh, the fisherman of the small-scale fishing boat must prepare a lot of ice-cubes to refrigerate the fishes. In order to overcome this inconvenience, a sea water ice making system must be developed for the purpose of keeping fishes fresh. In the first-year-project, we have already developed a sea water mixed liquid-ice system. The system is designed such that it can be operated by its own and has the advantage of fast ice making. This kind of mixing liquid-ice is very effective to keeping the aquatic products fresh, this is because it can attached to aquatic products surface, and rapidly frozen in order to produce the effective protection result. The purpose of the second-year-project lies in that we are going to improve the efficiency of this ice making system. So if a sea water ice making system is developed successfully, it will have great improvement to the enhancement of freshness degree of the fishes.
2. 「開發應用在釣魷船之發光二極體集魚燈」:
Because of the excellent benefits of light emitting diode (LED), in this project we will fabricate fish lamp of LED for squid fishing. The wavelength of blue LEDs is between 420 nm to 470 nm. Control circuit is designed to drive blue LED with AC 220 V and 50/60 Hz input power. Finally, the LED fish lamp consumed with 200 W will replace the conventional 2 kW one.
3. 「鯖?圍網漁業省力化雙船作業模式之研究」:
Mackerel purse seine fishery is one of the most important coastal fishery in Taiwan. The history of it is over 30 years. In this study a new power saving two-vessel fishing mode is studied to substitute for the traditional multi-vessel fishing mode for mackerel purse seine fishery. First of all the traditional purse seine for mackerel fishing mode in Taiwan and the practical situations in Japan will be studied for reference, and then the fishing equipments, operation mode and the operation cost of the new fishing mode are to be researched, as well as the effects on the catch of fish.
4. 「延繩釣船側拋餌技術之研究」:
Long-line fishing is one of the most important ocean fishery in Taiwan. The operations of ocean long-line fishing vessels are usually manually operated. This results high operation costs. Automatic bait-casting design can save the manpower and operation cost to raise the competitiveness against the contenders in the world. Sea-birds will be hooked by fishhooks and submerge into ocean. It results a large amount of death of sea-birds. The purpose of this research is to develop a sided bait-casting technology. The technology will provide the advantages including improve the efficiency and to cut down the cost of operation of ocean long-line fishing vessels which is usually operated manually. In addition, the machine can prevent the large amount of death of sea-birds due to their catching baits.
5. 「LED集魚燈之特性研究」:
Light emitting diodes (LEDs) are becoming attractive light sources because of the advantages of small size, better color saturation, fast response, high plasticity, and long life-time. With the improvement in the light intensity and efficiency, lamps composed with LEDs can be used for many applications, including for fishing lamps, can be expected. This project will set up a test system with a temperature-controlled compartment and a controllable current source to emulate various operating conditions of the lighting modules of LEDs. In addition, a suitable circuit model can be derived for the designing and analyzing the circuit with LED modules. Throughout this project the relationships between lighting characteristics and the ambient temperature, the operating current, the LED type and the used period can be clear. The investigated results can be helpful for the design of the fishing lamp with LEDs. |
