英文摘要 |
A one-up/one-down traceability recordkeeping model with a central traceability database (CTB) is proposed as the recommended traceability infrastructure for Taiwan seafood industry. Under the proposed system, certified organizations along the supply chain are asked to up-load their shared data to CTB at specific frequency for fulfilling a real-time master data authentication control mechanism. Traceability records are classified into internal records, that are relevant to internal business operation, and external records, that are the vital key for whole supply chain traceability data connection. Further, certification bodies (CB) will perform compliance audits, routine surveillance audits, and upon the request of CTB, record re-authentication audits to the certified organizations. A development roadmap and timeline for Taiwan seafood traceability system is also proposed in this study. |
