以台南縣虱目魚養殖區為採樣對象,結果顯示虱目魚的生態養殖法池水pH分佈7.5-10.0,NH4低於5 ppm,COD在5-13 ppm,NO3低於50 ppm,PO4在0.2-1 ppm,矽酸鹽低於2 ppm,鹽度在千分之10-40,總菌數在1,000-95,000 CFU/ml,弧菌數在10-15,000 CFU/ml,放養密度皆在3000-4000尾/公頃,水質在許可範圍內,因此無需添加益生菌防治疾病產生(但可用以改善水質);亦可混養白蝦(50,000-100,000/公頃)、文蛤(虱目魚6-8吋1,000尾/公頃)增加經濟效益。有關國內外相關文獻的收集及分析方面,已完成生態水產養殖法的定義及特徵描述。此外建議密度可提昇至放養4-6 cm魚苗5,000尾/公頃。 |

The present study demonstrates the water qualities of ecological aquaculture obtained from milkfish farms in Tainan. The water parameters of grow-out ponds were shown that pH ranged from 7.5-10.0, NH4 below 5 ppm, COD ranged from 5-13 ppm, NO3 below 50 ppm, PO4 ranged from 0.2-1 ppm, silicate complex below 2 ppm, salinities ranged 10-40 ppt, total bacterial number between 1000-95000CFU/ml, Vibrio number between 10-15000CFU/ml, culture density 3000-4000 fish/hectare. These results revealed the draining water of ponds was unable to contaminate the environment of farms. It is not demand for adding the probiotics into the culture pond, thought these bacteria could improve the water quality. In polyculture system, the milkfish ponds could co-cultured with 50000-100000 white shrimp (Penaeus vannamei)/hectare. Conversely, the clams ponds would co-cultured with 6-8 inch milkfish (1000/ hectare). Our result have been defined the ecological aquaculture of milkfish in Taiwan. It is suggested that the culture density was increased to 5000 fish (2-3inch)/hectare. |
