Different samplings were conducted, one was in the harvest-boat of I-Lan (Nan-Fon Ow), the other was in the fish-truck after boat. There were two chilling types in boat, which were ice-cube covering and frozen-pipe. The results revealed that the VBN value ranged from 19 to 20 mg% under 1~2℃ and 15 - 17 mg% under 0℃ in different chilling type of boats, respectively. While that of VBN were 18-20mg% under 1~2℃, sampling from the truck.
