Macrobrachium rosenbergii nauplus fed with mushroom polysaccharide 2 g/kg increased the survival rate and enhanced the resistance to the environmental stress and to Streptococcus infection. In addition, the nauplus fed with the Artemia nourished with mushroom polysaccharide showed no significant difference in survival rate and enhanced the resistance to the environmental stress and to Streptococcus infection. After M. rosenbergii fed the diet containing 0.5, 1 and 2 g/kg for 50 days, both the number and ratio of fecundity were higher than the control, among them, the treatment of mushroom polysaccharide 2 g/kg showed the best performance. |
