The main purpose of this study is to search for the strategies to redevelop the fish markets in consumption areas. The main problem that they face is the decreasing volume of transaction. To solve this problem we suggest the following strategies:
1.?To increase the operating efficiency of basic enterprise and its relative enterprises, which will prevent its business decling.
2.?To develop the purchasing center of agricultural and fish products in local areas, which offers job price to consumers who live in the neighbor community or have a car and purchase foods in weekend.
3.?To encourage merge for increasing business, except the fish markets in the metropolitan areas,
4.?To invest the enterprises which will make them profitable in the local area.
5.?To utilize the opportunity of fish products in mainland China, which is the vital chance to alter the fare of fish markets.
6.?Those markets, losing money for several years, should decrease their employee to make break-even point and to improve their financial structure, then to do diversifying management. |
