This study was to monitor the concentration of chloramphenicol, nitrofuran metabolites, malachite green and lucomalachite green in 102 foodstuff samples from the aquaculture feed manufacturing in Taiwan. Based on the analytical methods used for detecting the following substances meet the minimum required performance limits (MRPLs). Of the 102 samples, 2 positive (non-compliant) samples were found in malachite green, 3 positive samples were found in lucomalachite green, 5 positive samples were found in Chloramphenicol, and 5, 37, 1, 22 positive samples were found in nitrofuran metabolites AOZ, SC, AMOZ, AH, respectively. |
