您在台灣漁船工作，需瞭解有關您的下列權益：

While you work on Taiwanese fishing vessel, you need to know the following information about your rights and interests:

1.您應與船主及仲介（倘有的話）各簽訂一份契約。

1.You should make a contract(s) with the vessel owner/operater and your agent (if any).

2.您的每月薪資不應低於450美元。

2.Your monthly wage shall not be lower than 450 US Dollars.

3.船主應為您投保意外、醫療及一般身故保險，一般身故保險金額不應低於新臺幣100萬元。

3.You will have employer-paid accident insurance, medical insurance and life insurance. Also, the life insurance amount shall not be less than 1 million New Taiwan Dollars.

4.您的每日休息時間不應低於10小時；每月休息不應低於4日，但經雙方約定，可另安排補休。

4.The minimum rest hours per day shall be 10 hours. You will also have a minimum of 4 days of rest per month. If your rest days are less than 4 days in a month, you will have compensatory leave(s) as arranged by you and the vessel owner/operator.

5.您若遭遇勞資爭議、不當對待或人身侵害等情形，可透過1955勞工申訴諮詢專線（國外可撥打：+886-2-8073-3141）、我國駐外館處、我國觀察員及駐外專員等提出申訴。

5.When encountering any labor dispute, mistreatment or physical abuse, you may contact the 24-hour Counseling and Protection Hotline at 1955, or +886-2-8073-3141 for international calls. You may also contact ROC (Taiwan) Embassies and Missions abroad, stationed staff or fisheries observers dispatched by Taiwan Government for assistance.
