The aim of this research is to investigate the consumers’ priority about seafood products, and then for the government agency to carry out practical policies. We have designed three kinds of questionnaires for consumers, workers in boxed-lunch plants and workers in CAS seafood plants. These questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SAS software. We found the priority of the first three favorite fish is codfish, tuna and salmon. It’s suggested that seafood-processing plants should follow marketing trend and increase the rate of utilizing mullet. Besides, TV advertisements and promoting activities hold by CAS society would boost the promotion of good seafood products more effectively. |
