In the recent year, seafood incidences of chemical and medicine residues were examined in exporting seafood products to the European Union and Japan. More and more countries concern about food safety issue and raises considerable in the past decades. Improvements in food safety technology have contributed to increase globalization of seafood trade. Therefore, the European Union has been asked for HACCP certification on seafood importing since 2000. Further more, the European Union and Japan have both declared that food should establish traceability system before 2010. In recent years, Taiwan is carrying out GAP, HACCP, and traceability system in fishery industry. This research want to know the strengthen production and marketing system in fishery products. And then establish a demo system on fishery product by using electronic and information technology, standardizing the information and data flow path. Finally, provide recommendations for development, and market strategy to the aquaculture industry in the future. |
