定期赴東石地區之養殖牡蠣區收集病材。取養殖區海水做細菌分離、生菌數方面實驗組分別為北8.1 × 102-3.8 × 104 CFU/mL, 3.7 × 103-3.4 × 104 CFU/mL,對照組6.8 × 102-2.3 × 103 CFU/mL。對照組30000菌落/ml。以1.5% NaCl Tryptic Soy Agar (TSA)、MacConkey agar、Thiosulfate citrate bile sucrose (TCBS)及Lowenstein-Jensen (L-J agar)等選擇性培養基來培養海水,可分離出Vibrio spp., Enterococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp.等菌,其中以Vibrio spp.最多。牡蠣由心臟、消化道、肝胰腺分離Aeromonas hydrophila group 1, Photobacterium damsela, Vibrio alginolyticus, Vibrio fluvialis。病材經解剖切片後作病理學檢查在外套膜和鰓絲可見到類立克次體,在緊迫狀態下其數目明顯增加,但無大量死亡現象。 |

Oyster and saltwater samples were collected periodically from Dongkan area in southern Taiwan. Microscopic isolation were performed using 1.5%NaCl Tryptic Soy Agar(TSA), MacConkey agar, Thiosulfate citrate bile sucrose(TCBS)and Lowenstein-Jensen(L-J agar)agars. The number of bacteria isolated from seawater from 2 cultured sites and 1 uncultured site was 8.1×102-3.8×104 CFU/mL, 3.7×103-3.4×104 CFU/mL and 6.8×102-2.3×103 CFU/mL, separately. Species of Vibrio spp., Enterococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp. were isolated from seawater, and the Vibrio spp. was prominent. In culture of visceral organs from oyster, Aeromonas hydrophila group 1, Photobacterium damsela, Vibrio alginolyticus and Vibrio fluvialis were isolated. Rickettsiailike organisms was observed in the tissue of mantle, gill under histological examination, and the number of this organism was increased under stress condition, however, no mortality was noted. |
