For introducing of foreign crews the cultural interaction and cultural impact to local family, basic organization, social institution, life model, and industry type of Taiwan fishing village is undisputable under the condition of everyday life interaction.
There are several important of sustainable development for these fishing villages, such as “the development and change of industry economy structure of fishing villages”,” the impact of social, cultural, life model, and industry type influenced by introducing of foreign crews ”, “the change of social cultural ecology environment in such fishing villages”. This research give two suggestion which focus on the mainland china . crews policy and the human resource development policy of local crews. |
