This project will continuously collect and analyze traceability related regulations, guidelines, or standards published or implemented by countries or regions such as EU, USA, or Japan. Further, diagnosis will be performed upon TGAP certified fish farmers to determine the conformity of their record keeping against respective GAP guidelines. The data format, e.g. XML schema and syntax, will be finalized to set up the common platform for connecting between individual sectors to centralized commodity-wised database. Finally, the project will study the possible preventive measures against any illegal usages of certified traceability markings, e.g. bar-codes and QR codes. |
