Four surveys had been done from March to October, 2008. The concentrates of dissolved oxygen measured on the bottom water and under the surface were not different significantly. The concentrates of sulfate contained in the bottom sands of reference area were lower significantly than those of culture areas. The concentrates of Cu, Pb, Cd, As, Zn and Hg of the sea water in the surveyed area were all very low. The concentration of As, Cd, Cu, Mn and Zn of the oyster tissues were low. In culture areas, the densities of phytoplankton detected in March was the highest in the year, those of May and August became lower, and then arose in October; the density of zooplankton dropped from March to May, became higher in August, and then dropped again in October. Eighteen species of fauna habitant were collected on the vertical string culture oysters(VSCU), and nine species were collected on the horizontal string cultured oysters(HSCU); In March, the average individuals of the fauna on the oysters of the same cultch of VSCU was 148, it became fewer in May, then more in August, once, the number dropped substantially to 45. During the same temporal changing, the number of HSCU was only 19, increased gradually to 93 in August, then dropped to 51 in October. Oxygen consumptions of the cultured oysters were higher in hot seasons; the average concentrates of glycogen in the tissue of the oysters was 0.84 and 0.74 mg/g respective in April and July, 1.17 mg/g in September, decreased substantially to 0.53 mg/g in November. |
