年度 2008 計劃名稱 重要養殖種類無特定病原(SPF)水產種苗之生產技術之開發與應用(2) 中文摘要 本計畫將利用主動免疫或被動免疫生產無特定病原之石斑魚苗,今年度將以抗NNV雞蛋抗體IgY或NNV次單位疫苗處理,生產無NNV病毒之石斑種苗。先利用含IgY之蛋粉或NNV次單元疫苗浸泡處理石斑魚苗,並評估IgY蛋粉及NNV次單元疫苗之保護效力,石斑魚苗經IgY蛋粉(1 g/l)及NNV次單元疫苗(1 mg/l)浸泡處理組之活存率比對照組高約兩倍。 英文摘要 In this plan, we will try to produce specific pathogen free larvae grouper by positive and negative immunization. The fertilized eggs were treated with IgY or with NNV subunit vaccine. The protection effects of IgY and NNV subunit vaccine were estimated by the mortality rate.
