The purpose of this study is carried on commercialized biodegradable polymer for application on fishing nets. At present, it is related in the literature mostly is the compost experiment; the biodegradation research is extremely deficient regarding the sea water. This study also establishes the biodegradation under sea water environment and accelerates biodegradation model
1. completes Nylon/PLA blending processing research, Tensile strength and elongation is promotion after our processing.
2. This study sieves out bacterium M1 and M6 which can compose PLA. The accelerated biodegradation model is established in the simulated environment to control at 37℃ for the sea water temperature, the M6 bacterium concentration is controlled in 109 CFU/L.
3. PLA filament after long time (112 days) sea water immersion, strength loss is 29.5% (at 23℃), 33.21 (at 37℃).
4.The PLA filament has made the fishing net; the field tests were carried at Kaushing seashore. |
