The traceability system of fishery product has been developed for 5 years since 2004. With the effort from industry, government and academia, there are more than 200 aquaculture farms join to the system and become as licensed aquaculture farms at present.
By upgrades the standard of eating habits and the higher demand for food safety, licensed fishery products are much more welcome and accepted by people.
However, there are still many difficulties of traceability system need to be solved and improved, such as the difficulty from integrate the supply chain and how to ameliorate the affinity and convenience of fishery traceability login system.
We hope to find out the specific resolution to improve the function and application of fishery traceability system by this research project and provide an explicit way to integrate the supply chain. |
