The survey results from 261 consumer questionnaires show that the freshness of fishery product is the top consideration of consumers. For the better economic efficiency concern, the business should focus on maintaining the freshness of fishery product including the hygiene and safety control of the environment and facility in the stages of production and distribution. Furthermore, the requirements of temperature and distribution time and quality control of the product should be emphasized and executed properly. Keeping fresh quality of fishery product can get the approval from consumer and increase the purchase of consumer to reach the optimal economic efficiency. |
