The soft shell turtle is economical animal with high nutrition, good taste, and medication, and also is high level of nourishment in Chinese. The farmers of soft shell turtle cultivation are incapable to change the old feeding way with trash fish. Therefore, the zygote, the young, and the mature soft shell turtle still can not get rid of the risk of Vibrio chlorae pollution. Mainland China and Taiwan export the soft shell turtle most around the world, and zygote contributes most in exportation. The living levels elevate following the rapid development of economics in China, and the safety and hygiene of food have been emphasized dramatically. It is urgency to decrease the cost of soft shell turtle cultivation, to explore the high quality of artificial diet with high feed conversion ratio and low cost, to improve the managing skill, and to extend actively, which are for meeting the needs and increasing the competition in the soft shell turtle industry. In the present study, we will work on: 1. the prescription and the cost evaluation of the soft shell turtle artificial diet; 2. different properties of diets and their cultivating models; 3.the evaluation the effects on the application of probiotic and immunostimulatants to reach the goal. |
