Fisheries statistic yearbooks are important reference for fisheries policy and management. In addition, it is important index for fisheries development. This project aims to collect port investigation data, compile with other fisheries survey information, to establish a model for coastal fisheries production amount. We will select three representative fishing ports as survey locations, conduct full time port survey for one month in autumn and one month in winter. All fisheries data will be collected and analyzed for different sampling method. The result would be expected to be used for future coastal fisheries statistics. |
