Abstract of "The study of aquaculture management": 1. "Research and Analysis of the Developmental Strategy in the Eel and Economic Species Farming Industry" : Eel and sea bass are important species in Taiwan aquaculture industry. One is a high valuable species, and also it covers a broad industrial chain. The other is a well-known species which expands its industry rapidly. However, there were some problems of the shortage of eel resources gradually, and sea bass encountered sales imbalance. Therefore, the purpose of this study focuses on gaining exporting information of eel industry in Taiwan, understanding the mode of operation by industrial organization, and proposing developmental strategies to develop a complete management of international cooperation in the future.Secondly, analyze the native productive economy of swamp eel aquaculture, understand its aquaculture development and operating performance. Finally, estimate the optimalstocking density of sea bass in Taiwan expects to be an aquaculture alarm of its production and marketing in advance. Eel industry used to apply developmental strategy by native and foreign references and the conference arranged by industrial organization. An effective and sustainable management is to start with Resource Conservation and harvesting management respectively. Resource conservation has formulated relative regulations of marine sanctuaries andclosed seasons. However, the whole system should establish a complete regulation of eel harvesting and trading license while managing a detailed deliberation to curb smuggling and conserve eel in Taiwan. Referred to swamp eel industry, this project designed questionnaires divided into two aspects of the biological and economic plan, and interviewed 32 frames to analyze the impact of profitability. The result shows that the industry is in the initial stage of its life cycle, the average benefit ratio is positive, but profits and losses are wide in differences, which also shows that the industry needs to invest in more technical and industrial research, in order to facilitate industrial upgrading. Moreover, according to the long breeding period of swamp eel, it can be divided into different sections of aquaculture, in order to lower risks.As Mainland China an exporting country, the commodity should be arranged 3 Taiwan catty / tail minimally to differentiate the aquaculture products from Mainland China. Regarding sea bass aquaculture industry, it is classified as a moderate operating risk. And applied analysis of welfare economics principle shows that the balance quantity of demand and supply is 17,540 tonnes, and the price is 103.04 NTD / kg.Meanwhile, producer surplus and consumer surplus are maximal, and the fish stocking is about 34,392 thousand pieces of fish. In the future, fishery units can apply it as a warning of production and marketing if the international potential market doesn’t expand. Accordingly, the project aims to study industrial development strategies for eel, swamp eel and the sea bass industry. As a result, eel industry needs to strengthen on eel certification by management system. And swamp eel industry should focus on the study of productive technology and industrial management. Lastly, sea bass industry should sustain industrial management and prevent imbalanced sales by establishing an early warning mechanism. 2. "The management of Aquaculture to use of satellite and aerial construction cultivation area of information monitoring system" : The goal of the plan is to construct a farming area monitoring system using satellite and aerial information, major items of work: 1. Using satellite images Formosa rapid monitoring of fish ponds and shallow sea culture change in circumstances. 3. Monitoring of fish ponds and shallow marine aquaculture image archiving and updating. Expected benefits: 1. Provide dynamic control distribution of land-based aquaculture fish ponds and shallow sea culture. 2. Use of planned results, combined with stocking reporting job, can improve the accuracy of reporting by stocking. . Enhance the farmed administration's control of the current culture-based fisheries management system registration certificates, county, local self-government in the municipalities, main norms fishponds land use, to inspect the site in the past land cadastral maps can now be combined with the results of this project, site location and land use can quickly understand the status of fisheries management units. 4.
