1.Vice president of Italian Senate arrives in Taiwan for bilateral collaboration
Vice president of the upper house of the Italian parliament Gian Marco Centinaio arrived in Taiwan on June 14th for a six-day trip. The delegation aims to gain a deeper understanding of Taiwan and explore opportunities for bilateral collaboration in the fields of politics, agriculture, trade, technology, and culture among others, according to the ministry of foreign affairs. Centinaio and his delegation will meet with President Tsai Ing-wen, Legislative Speaker You Si-kun, Health Minister Hsueh Jui-yuan, and head of the Council of Agriculture (COA) Chen Chi-chung during the visit from June 14-19.2.2023 Food Taipei Mega Shows: Unveiling a New Era of Healthy and Sustainable Food
The 2023 Food Taipei Mega Shows, which consist of FOOD TAIPEI, FOODTECH TAIPEI, BIO/PHARMATECH TAIWAN, TAIPEI PACK, and TAIWAN HORECA, take place at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Halls 1 and 2. This exciting four-day event commences on June 14th and continue until June 17th, offering a platform for up to 1,498 exhibitors from 31 countries to showcase their products and services across 4,118 booths. With border measures easing, this stunning number is expected to set yet another record high.
