1.COA reiterates to promote the resiliency of agriculture confronting Climate Change
The “Sustainability Pavilion” at “2022 Taiwan Innotech Expo”, which was held by The Council of Agriculture and was jointly staged by 5 ministries and 7 agencies came to an end on October 15th. During the Expo, in total 107 innovative technologies for adapting to climate change are on display in the Pavilion. The COA reiterates that most direct threat faced by agricultural production is the impact of extreme weather, so it is more important than ever to plan responses in advance to maintain the resiliency of agriculture in Taiwan and uphold the rights and interests of farmers.

2.FA showcases several achievements in overseas fisheries development on “International Organization Day”
"Stronger together-2022 International Organization Day" was held October 22 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Taipei guest house. The Fisheries Agency was invited to present Taiwan's achievements in participating in regional fisheries management organizations and promoting human rights in fisheries.
